Glass-only work or a complete screen replacement?
If the picture and touch response are intact, ask whether the existing panel can be retained. Lines, dark areas, unreliable touch or frame damage can change the repair plan. The written quote should distinguish the work proposed, the part to be fitted and any known limitation.
At collection, compare touch across the display, picture quality, fit and the supported camera, sensor and biometric functions with the intake record. Ask which checks were not completed. A screen replacement does not by itself guarantee water resistance.
